Assembly
Sub-assembly and bench assembly is available for aircraft parts such as access panels, doors, leading edges and more.
Tooling
We use CATIA to design our tooling in-house according to your design specifications. Additionally, we can reverse-engineer aircraft sheet metal parts from your tooling.
Build to Engineering
We build your aircraft sheet metal parts according to your engineering designs using CNC machining centers. Our two full-time programmers use CATIA for CAD/CAM services. We also have a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) for tool or part verification and reverse engineering.
